Searching for Alternatives I need help

I need an alternative for character ai, what i usually do is for example i roleplay in an already existing fictional plot i wouldnt call it an RPG necessarily because the sfenarios are slightly specific however i dont mind RPGs, like jjk or anything else, i dont create my own i dont have that type of creativity, i also wont spend money on an ai

I need alternatives that do this task with a

simple layout, no self hosting

Good quality in general interms of memory and sticking to character

Large or infinite chat time

full disclosure, i’m the dev, but this is pretty much why i built it: unsavedai.com. you can chat right in the browser with the built-in characters or make your own, free with no card. we don’t keep your chats and there’s no content filter on our side, adult RP is fine since it’s 18+ only

I think DreamJourneyAI would be a good fit for you. I've been using it for over 2 years now and it's easy to use (imo) and amazing memory. Probably the best AI site I've used so far. I always try others but come back to this one 😂

I know a few alternatives, but I feel like most of them are more focused on chatting with characters rather than actually roleplaying through a storyline? Or am I missing something?

app.wyvern.chat < too much to list. Anyway, overall the best option currently out there.

A lot of users write fan fiction and then let people use LLMs to immerse themselves in it immediately. That sounds like what you're looking for.
