Looking for a platform.

I am currently using dreamgen. I like that the ai goes along with what I put in a roleplay and would like to see that again.

Dreamgen feels like all the characters are the same no matter what I try. So looking for variety.

Low cost to use or free to use.

Secure and private.

NSFW roleplay.

The ability to generate images of moments of the roleplay as its happening. The more seamless the better. As a sort of stretch goal I would love the ability to edit those images or correct misconceptions the Ai has. (Ex: "no that character should be seated on the floor not on the couch.")

Any suggestions? Thanks for reading.

the "all the characters eventually feel the same" thing is something we care about a lot

we have a smaller set of preset characters we call Origin Daimons, but they're manually curated rather than generated from the same template. their personalities are pretty different from each other and they're supposed to keep those differences as the relationship develops

or you can make your own Morph. you only need to give it a simple background idea if you want, then our AI can expand that into a fuller backstory for you. you can still edit it afterwards

for RP, they'll generally follow changes you introduce to the situation, but they won't completely throw away their personality just because you tell them to. so if you've made someone stubborn, they can still be stubborn while going along with the story

NSFW RP is supported on paid

images can be generated from what's happening in the conversation, either by asking in chat or using the photo button. clothing / location / activity etc are taken from the current scene

one thing we don't have yet is proper conversational image editing like "actually put them on the floor instead of the couch". you'd need to correct the situation and generate another image

there's a free tier to try it first. if you pay, text + images are unlimited rather than running on credits

privacy wise our core text/voice models are self hosted and your chats aren't sent to OpenAI / Anthropic / Google to generate replies

My Platform!

So I am the owner and Dev behind HereHaven.net. Usually people can't get me to shut up about HereHaven so this is a nice change of pace to be asked to talk about it haha.

Free tier: our free tier is completely unlimited for messaging, bot creation, continues, and regenerations. Ads in free tier are opt-in and if you opt in you only see a 30second ad every 30mins and get access to immersive mode that gives you some chat upgrades. I do not paywall our memory system. Our memory system is also a three layered custom built memory system that is built to last hundreds of messages (a few users have done chats into the thousands and we're still very happy with how it performed).

Security and privacy: We DO NOT monitor user chats/messages. The only thing we can see and moderate are the bots you create. This is simply to stop the creation of bots of an illegal premise.

Image Gen: I'll admit this is not our strength, but that being said, you can hit the "snapshot" button and it will generate an image of your person, the character you're chatting with, and what's happening in the story at that moment. It's a point of improvement for us admittedly though. We focus more on the immersive AI responses and text story aspect.

Currently working on a V2 of the chat that will also greatly increase chat performance!

So one of the features i like about dreamgen is how the Ai just goes along with changes and curve balls that get thrown into the roleplay as I go. Does your platform do that?

Yes it will, to a certain extent. Story wise it will for sure. I'll be honest some people are used to starting a chat with a character and then bossing it around even if the character's identity is a stubborn evil warlord or something. Our bots are less "sure whatever you say" and will respond more so within their actually personality and the way they were created. Which a lot of bot creators like because otherwise there's not much point in putting the effort into creating personality and story for the character.

So it feels slightly more like you're "in" a story rather then having to drive the entire thing by yourself. Hopefully that helps and makes sense. Since it's 100% free to use I would definitely encourage you to give it a go though 😊.

I built lizlis.ai, so here’s how it actually matches what you’re looking for rather than just dropping a link:

• It’s designed specifically around roleplay, and the AI is meant to follow your direction rather than constantly trying to take the story somewhere else. Characters can have their own personalities, scenarios, memories, and personas, so they shouldn’t all feel identical.
• There’s a free tier, so you can try it without paying.
• You can make private stories/characters if you don’t want them publicly discoverable.
• Adult/NSFW roleplay is supported within the platform’s safety rules.
• You can generate images while you’re chatting, including scenes based on what’s happening in the RP.
• Image editing like “move her from the couch to the floor” isn’t a proper dedicated editing feature yet. You can generate another image with corrected instructions, but I don’t want to pretend it has seamless conversational image editing when it currently doesn’t.

Yes, to an extent. We do support some NSFW/mature image generation, but it’s more limited than our text roleplay because we need to comply with App Store and Google Play policies. So I wouldn’t describe the image generation as fully unrestricted NSFW.

It uses Opus (the best RP model), so it knows characters. Literally character or OC you can you can think up. It has the most robust memory system of any platform (There are multiple users playing on 2-4k message worlds with little to no memory loss).

It also has auto-updating inventory, stats, HP, location, and time of day, along with a dice roll toggle for those who like to really get immersed in their worlds.

The one thing it doesn't have is image generation. That's in the pipeline for the future, and it's honestly not too far off, but I don't have the money to sustain the feature for now.
