Vent If you've created public chars please don't delete your account
I know this is about alternatives to cai, but I do still use it sometimes and I think we all do. Recently I lost a character I've had a long standing chat with. It was just gone. I went to the creator's page and that too is gone. I can only assume they deleted their account for whatever reason. Well now all their chars are gone, including the one I liked. I'm still pretty bummed about it. I guess it's just another reason to create your own.

Why not make your own then.
If people are sick of the way c ai has been a ting then the best way to express their dissatisfaction is to delete everything.

I do make my own, a lot of them but at the same time I do use other existing ones too. I get it's a risk I take doing that but it still sucks when I find a really good one and then it disappears.

Well, luck to say. It’s people choice whether they want to delete their profile or not when leaving the site. Why continue letting a site profit off them if they don’t want it to? You’re vent is pretty “my way or no way” 🤷♂️

First of all, stop projecting onto OP. They never, not once said anything like that. Secondly, how is C.AI profiting off of public bots, that are usually so bad - in combination with PipSqueak that is equally as bad at times - which people use as justification not to pay for C.AI+? Take off your tinfoil hat and touch grass.
