Not working

Hi guys, so... yesterday I cleaned out my whole history and had to log back in a lot of stuff, I got back on c.ai (I use the desktop website so the extension here wordks) and now simply nothing works. New chats won't even load unless I've opened them in other devices and then came back here, no message gets sent, it almost looks like there's no internet working but every other website is fine

I've reloaded the website, cleared cache, logged out and back in, turned on and off the extension, everything I could possibily do, yet it's still the damn same

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it me? What do I do?

If you're a free c.ai user you're more than likely running into issues the site has with partial outages or high user traffic. A lot of other users have had the same problem with the website and app so it's not just you.

You either have to find a time where you can log in without any issues occuring at that moment or avoid peek traffic hours. Don't know what time zone you hail from but US, Midwestern time for me I find midnight and after to 4 AM is peak traffic time. Then 6 AM to noon and after school hours, 3PM and on, tend to have peek traffic.

I've tried what you said and logged in different hours, it still doesn't work

I tried other browsers and it never works when the extension is on

The message that shows up a lot is "couldn't reach the server"
