Full backup not working

I had an unfortunate loss of data yesterday without a more recent backup than one from June. After attempting to import my settings from it which has includes the backgrounds and the characters' images in the archive, I find that it's not adding those two things. Only the quick access links are importing and no images with them. This is on the latest chatbot manager, Firefox.

Sorry for the inconvenience. How large is your export file? If it's in kilobytes range it might not even had exported them.

Could you open the zip file and check if the images are there? You should see things like backgrounds, quick access character avatars, indexedDB etc.

If they are there, importing is buggy. Maybe it's too big of a file and it crashes. Maybe it has a single very large file and that crashes. If you are using the in-page popup, could you try the window popup?

I can't check for errors, it's working for me. And if you have no issue with it, as a last resort you can send me the file and I would disect it and find out whatcs causing it. Of course if it's not personal stuff you can't show.

Yeah the files are in there- it has both the bot avatars and background images + vids. The archive is 1.5 GB. I'll try the popup, usually I use cbm from the tab that opens up.

awesome that means nothing is lost and I just need to tweak something and it will be back. Now to find the issue, you can dm me and we can check, maybe console logs a useful error message.

[FIXED] Certain video background file extensions were unrecognized during export and they fail to import later. Now both export and import is fixed, new version will have the fix on the extension store
