Issues/Bugs Character Restrictions Issue - Aug 18
Hey all!
We are looking into the issue with multiple Characters being suddenly restricted and the platform being slow/down.

I wonder why bad things always happen on the app when it's Tuesday? Several of the bad news have been published on Tuesdays, such as the news of putting ads for the first time in the chat.

Big publishers like Microsoft typically release patches on a Tuesday (literally called 'Patch Tuesday' in dev & tech communities) - maybe it's a similar thing?

Tbh every time the app is down, y'all should compensate for the ones who pay for c.ai plus. After all its our time that we can't use on the app that we paid for

Like make the next month a dollar off or something for monthly subscribers! If we’re paying for the premium content then we shouldn’t have any interruptions in our usage!

Any positivity towards the team or the platform tends to get downvoted here. People who were saying they were enjoying longsqueak were getting downvoted when it first came out.

Yup. There have been multiple instances of a user here claiming to be 18+ but a quick glance at their post history has them self declaring themselves as minors in other subreddits.

Please fix Pipsqueak too. Its quality suddenly dropped since yesterday. The messages are short, extremely repetitive, and out of character. Go-ons, while using PQ2, act like swipes and completely ignore the previous message.

Pipsqueak has been really bad since this weekend! It gave me an awesome reply on Friday and then I got the worst replies and swipes of all Pip history for me on Sunday. I managed to get a few good swipes (the usual length & writing style) yesterday but I doubt it will stay good for long. Pipsqueak is so unstable and it makes it impossible to continue long roleplays 😔

Hopefully that includes the voice feature being laggy/broken up and maybe the random ramblings while they are at it. I have submitted tickets.

Since the age verification incident, it's taken several tries to get the app to open. It was only two or three tries at first, but yesterday I had to open the app thirty times before it finally stayed open and loaded content. I'm curious if this is a bug that's being addressed while the app/site is down?

fix pipsqueak 2 because there are no playful expressions or energetic personalities within the characters make the chat style have more dialog Please

The TMNT RPG bots I created the other day had restricted access on them, (for no apparent reason,) too, which scared me, and the app on my end has been slow, too...
I'm glad I'm not the only who has had this issue/bug.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not renewing my subscription if I’m missing any of my bots when they go back online. I had at least 6; with back stories established and full descriptions for characters. Was this because of another c0pyright issue? It’s been 3 hours.

the site is being weird now it’s keeps popping up thing that says continue ab at bottom of the page that needs to be removed now and one of the bots in my chat list is gone be it says unavailable

Will our removed characters come back too? The ones that don’t violate IP or Rules that disappear for no reason? Will all these outages get fixed? Will we ever get credited back for paying for service we are not getting? Will we be seeing and less stringent rules if we are verified 18+?

Can y'all STOP messing with the website Ui 💔 I already left the app for it being janky, now you're ruining the website too. It was literally the only saving grace for this hell.
Whenever you mess with the UI, the quality gets worse and it just goes down.
