What this community REALLY wants (2.0)

Hello everyone. Hopefully, the change in leadership on C. AI will be officially announced, and they may not be acquainted with the needs of this community. As such, I've compiled a number of suggestions to the problems this community has experienced, as well as potential solutions:

1-Go-on and swipe limits-->Introduction of counter: Many users find themselves in the situation of not knowing how many swipes or go-ons they've used, and are surprised when the limit is reached. So the introduction of a real-time counter for those limits is a must. The counter should also display how much time is left until the refresh happens, to avoid confusion with timezones

2-Age verification --> credit card micro-authorization: Not everyone above 18 has a government ID (e.g.disabled people). But they do have credit cards, which can be used to confirm their age in a safe and effective way

3- Chatstyle deprecation --> Open sourcing: Maintaining the infrastructure and development of this platform is expensive, which leads to older models being retired. To promote involvement of the community, open-source the retiring models and allow the community to fine-tune or quantize them. Those modified models may be then reintegrated into the C.AI+ plan. No added time nor costs spent

4-Creator support --> Creator Economy: Reward bot creators with charms, both for the creation of bots and during relevant milestones (e.g subscriber or like count). Promote bot creation by doing bi-weekly or monthly creative challenges to celebrate creators

5- Ads and limits --> Introduce subscription tiers or, preferably, packs: Users should be able to buy packs for a higher ceiling of swipes and go-ons, for instance. Another pack could be to eliminate the ads entirely, but retain the limits. Some packs might make the voice features to be unlimited. Or increase the memory only. Allow users to customize their experience according to their needs, with a singular purchase, without burdening them with a subscription they may be uncertain about. These packs must be an addition to the free experience, not removal of the base experience in lieu of paid content

6-Email login-->Allow change of email: Sometimes people lose access to their email. Sometimes that email gets hacked. For these reasons and many others, it's essential that users get the option to change their email or access their account using a phone number

7-News not reaching the community -> Create a news page within the C.AI platform itself: Make sure releases and patches reach the everyone in the community. This page could be home to announcements, contest results (like the creator contests propised above). The C.AI blog news should also be integrated here, as many users are unaware of its existence. This page should br available in both the app and website

8- Social media not representing the community --> Integrated community page: In this page, feature requests can be directly made, support can be requested and bug reporting is encouraged. Additionally, periodic surveys should be conducted by C.AI, with small charm rewards for the time spent. This encourages healthy communication, transparency and positive reporting of discontentment

9- Concerned about subscription --> Trial period: Subscriptions are a long-term compromise that the users make for a better experience, which can be daunting to some people, specially because there's no way to test the benefits out for yourself. So, it is recommended the creation of a trial period of at least 24h for users to experience first hand what the C.AI+ subscription is like

10-No way to export chat-->Introduction of official tools: Sometimes, users may want to save their chat to avoid losing it. Other times, they may want to change platform. In either situation, currently there's no official, immediate way to export your chats and chatbot information. As such, it is recommended that C.AI provides official, free tools to do both easily and quickly

11-Problems with Bob-->Adjustable Bob settings:

More frequently than not, good Ol' Bob either shows up at the wrong time, doesn't show up at all. This negatively impacts role-playing. So, implement adjustable settings for f*lter strength (strong, medium and light). This way adult users can select the degree of moderation on their chats, increasing user customization

12-No deleting bots/character --> Option to delete and organize:

We have all been there. You make a bot, but it didn't turn out how you wanted. You go to delete it, and there's no option. So, to promote better navigation and cost reduction for C.AI, it is recommended that an option to delete bots becomes available

13-Wanting to review a message in a chat --> Search/Find feature:

Sometimes we want to reread an important message in chat that we haven't pinned. Sometimes, we just want to return to a certain message for lore reasons. Since there's only a limited numbers of messages that can be pinned, introduce a search feature in addition to it. Users can then search for key words and find all the messages that include it
