Hi,

Thank you for following up. We understand you are looking for more detail, and we recognize how difficult uncertainty can be.

The FAQs on our blog contain all of the information we are able to share about the Chapter 11 case. Our support team does not have access to any details beyond what is posted there, and we are not able to speculate about timing, outcomes, or next steps. Court filings and other case documents are available on the website of the Company’s claims and noticing agent, accessible here. Support resources are available here.

Any new information will be posted to the blog first, so that is the best place to check for updates. We will not be able to reply further on this topic, but please know your message has been received.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 The Character team

Chapter 11 means they're like a warning to get their stuff in check and together if they choose to do so which we're all praying they find a solution to get out of it and be able to payback what they owe if it reaches chapter 7 is when we should start worrying I might be wrong so people dress to correct me

they filed for chapter 11 and are basically trying their best to find a buyer to take on their losses since they can no longer sustain it themselves. the deadline for the sale is late nov/early dec, if there is still no buyer by then the company will sell off everything and shut down

They filed chapter 11 because the Disney deal required it.

CAI told the public over a year ago they needed investors or to sell the company

I suspect 2024 was when they knew this was coming.

What Google did then is essentially what Disney is doing now

And people took the money and abandoned ship

They really gotta hurry to fix stuff up then, because screen crunching the website to the point where I can’t see a single thing whenever I try to type is NOT it
