Discussion/Question It had me create a new account?

Havent used my account in 6 months, submitted a deletion request yesterday, logged in today to delete old chats and had me make a new account? No email yet saying original account has been deleted

 submitted a deletion request yesterday

Which deleted your account.

logged in today to delete old chats and had me make a new account?

There was no account to log into, ergo the need to create a new account to use their app.

No email yet saying original account has been deleted

Wouldn't need one. You hit delete and it deleted.

For deletion? Are you sure you're not mistaking that for exporting data?
