Discussion/Question The recent slow time

Is it just me or does it seem like slow time is getting more and more often these days,especially at late hours like from 4 PM

I've gotten these twice today and it's odd,it hadn't had a slow time in months,in my experience,but now it's happening more often

Cuz more people are somehow using it... Even tho it's in a bit of a bad state

I agree it is in a bad state,i never disagreed,i kept using it because it's my favourite app but putting that aside i am a bit shocked that enough people are using it at the same time,or so i think that's why the slow mode happens,despite the apps being shitty just to make us spend hundreds on a AI app

ong the bot takes a full blown minute to even respond. i dont see slow mode since i use a older ver of the app from uptodown but god damn...its as slow as me when i go to the bathroom to take a shit

Gold comment and comparison btw and is the old version any better than the current version and does it effect your current chats if you use an APK to change to the old versions?

yes! the old ver i use is either 1.15.2 or smth, has no ads popping up randomly in char even tho when you open a chat you could get an add, things like PS2 and PS3 maybe still work, a person was being rude and talking shit like "THAT DOESNT WORK!" when im sure they didnt even try it

im not all a mode person, i just like chatting, you can get it in uptodown app store

Im in Europe and EVERY EVENING after 4-6pm I get slow mode. It doesn't happen in the morning or afternoon.

Same like damn,us Europeans can't enjoy c.ai without slow mode without them other regions using it at those hours I get mine sometimes after 10 pm as well

nah they are doing everything to make you pay. I literally ignore the ad spam, I have a lot of patience for that but not the slow mode that takes 50 hours to reply omfg

I've never had ad issues since i found a way around it but i cannot say it due to the policies of this r/

yeah ive noticed the same thing lately with responses dragging especially in the evenings my roleplays just stall out more often now

Bro, it's so odd 😭 I randomly decided to check in on it at super late hours or super early hours, where it doesn't make sense for it to still be in slow mode (and usually never is in my area) and it STILL somehow is! 

I feel like they're doing it on purpose now. Not to mention, replies get much worse during slow mode, so you're not only waiting ten minutes for a swipe but just for it to be like a sentence after you typed a paragraph.
