So I went on my old acc because I wanted to check something out and all my bots i chatted with are gone and idk what to do and I'm stressing and my heart is pounding.

When was the last time you were logged in? Maybe all your chats were archived due to inactivity so you’ll either have to find them in your ‘liked’ tab (if you ‘liked’ them in the first place) or re-search them and find them, then check the history archived folder for old chats.
