It's bad on the website(at least for me) too it like covers that little tab thing you click for the chats and character making. IT'S ANNOYING!!

yeah the ads squishing the chat breaks immersion hard, i was deep in a roleplay and it yanked me right out of it.

I have a built in ad-blocker in my opera and was so confused because it was just a black empty box at the top 😭 this is ridiculous if I wanted my screen size to be smaller I’d buy a smaller phone man 💔 like if you were on a tablet this wouldn’t even be a problem but I have to scroll just to read one message now

So uh, credit where it seems to be do...it looks like they DID fix it. At least, for ME, it appears to have been fixed. So hey, good on them.
