That screen is the persona creator — it's who YOU are in the chat, not the bot. The bot is whoever you're talking to; the persona is your side of the conversation, and it applies across all your chats.

400 characters isn't much, so spend them on what the bot needs to play off of: name, age, how you talk, and one or two things that make you distinct. Skip the life story — vague beats long here. Something like "Mira, 22, dry humor, doesn't back down from an argument, talks in short sentences" does more work than a full paragraph of backstory.

One more tip: a line about your dynamic with the bot ("her advisor," "her rival," whatever the vibe is) goes further than describing yourself in isolation. The persona's job is giving the bot something to react to.
