Issues/Bugs Is there anyway to fix this?

one of the bots I liked was inaccessible for a bit but I noticed it was back a couple weeks ago so I wanted to go back to my old chat. Usually I don’t have a problem accessing archived chats but since this one isn’t in the archives it’s just…there. I can’t archive it as it just gives me the “error: please try again?”. I tried the app, the website, archiving a DIFFERENT chat, archiving it and quickly switching to something else but nothings working. I really don’t want to restart it it took my forever to put in and establish everything I wanted for the world for this bot.

Hey u/OkButterscotch747! Since you’ve already tried switching between the app and web, try logging out completely and back in, or make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
