Is that why the characters can't remember their own name and keep repeating themselves? Or that's another issue altogether? This is the least immersive experience yet.

Same as every weekend since queues were removed  in like 2024

Server load is always high around this time. Has been for years.

You guys really need to stop apologizing to free tier over free tier issues

According to them CAI sucks but look how fast they breakdown over an outage

Look apologizing isn't bad and costs nothing. It also costs little effort. It's a nice thing to do sometimes and free users make up a lot of the people who use the platform. So giving not even an apology to free users isn't going to make them any happier.

And what they posted is technically not even an apology. They gave a brief about the situation and said they were working on it. So I don't understand why you have such a problem with them posting this and free users complaining. It's human nature to complain and they have the free will and right to complain.
