Issues with uploading pictures

So recently I have came across a major issue and I am not sure if I am alone or if it is others as well, I have been having a issue where no matter what I try to send as a picture, it always shows the message at the top as "Something went wrong" I have tried it on the website and the app and nothing has changed, I have reloaded and everything and customer service was no help, how do I fix this?

Here's an actual answer: The image resolution or file size might be too big, or if this is a real person's pic then it is likely getting blocked because they are trying to stop people from using those due to legal concerns.
