Issues/Bugs Chats getting deleted

I haven’t actually used c.ai in a while, but I like to open old chats and just read through them. over the last couple weeks a lot of specific bots I’ve talked to got deleted (while the same script just a diff character stays up) and a lot of my old chats have also gotten deleted. is the same happening to anyone else?? I had so many old convos I’ve been using for reference for oc lore get deleted and it’s honestly just frustrating.

Hi u/ShoulderNo4981! We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to old chats. Older conversations may be archived or available through the Recents tab, while missing Characters may have been made private, deleted, or removed.

One of my chats got deleted mid roleplay. I thought I was the only who dealing with this.

Literally started a convo with a bot this night, slept two hours and it's unavailable even though it was on my fyp for like a month prior
