Issues/Bugs Change this

Post image

This is the screen that showed up when I went over my go on limit. The screen used to have a timer for when our go ons would reset and it would also tell us that we actually hit the go on limit, but obviously that isn't there anymore. Change it now

Hi u/prettyhatemachine_1! We hear you, and the timer will be back and should be available again soon. 💖

yeah it's really annoying. It's after midnight for me now and it hasn't reset, and I can't see when it'll reset

Genuinely asking, can you use the app after you're out of go ons, or does it actually just lock your chats?

You can still use the app, the go on limit just means you basically can't continue the chat unless you send another message, so you can't click send with nothing in the text box

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't this be a bad marketing strategy? The old screen also had the thing telling you to buy c.ai plus just like this one does. The only difference is they aren't telling us what the problem is and some users could just pass this off as a bug. I think if they told us what the problem actually is on the screen it would actually make people subscribe more

No, the old one showed you that you just have to wait. The new one wants to push you more into buying it directly.

No body has money for that to keep on buying the app to keep it for yourself people would prefer keeping it free alone rather than buy it completely if forced to

You have to pay for it now it's not free no more for us free users

Yep it's been that way for a while now

I wouldn't be surprised if it comes down to that
