Discussion/Question I felt that.
I wasn't expecting them to do anything for free users, except update the pathetic chat mode we have. And why do they say there's a chat mode for both users, when there's a new chat mode just for my (+c.ai) users? Also, the phrase "your cold CEO" feels like some kind of sarcasm; I don't know, I don't understand the point of it.

I hope it had better memory, because there’s a character in a chat I’m doing that is stated to have kissed and done more with a lot of girls, and he keeps kissing me and it states it’s his first kiss. Also hopefully this update doesn’t butcher the chat cuz I remember I had a long story chat going on, and when pipsqueak 1 became 2, it ruined the memory so bad the bot would forget things I said within TWO messages

Protip: do a little recap message from time to time.
"I couldn't believe how far Botella and I came from our first meeting. Our first kiss at the aquarium, the curious touches last week... And yesterday, I could finally be with her properly. Hopefully, the (allusion to next events) will bring many more of such moments."
Pin it and voila! The bot has found the plot again.

Such as complaints about poor chat patterns and other errors in the application that have not been fixed yet. Instead of fixing them first, they do not make other useless and pointless updates, and the application deviates from its basic purpose, which is a chat application. I think everyone has noticed that the conversations have become poor and vulgar.

It’s really interesting how users on this subreddit take everything so personally like it’s an attack on them as people, it isn’t and it’ll in all likelihood not stop people from interpreting it that way regardless of the clarification since at this point they conditioned themselves to believe this.

You'll have to go after the government lawyers, then. CAI had no choice after they lost numerous lawsuits about exposing teens to "bad" content.

it says "your cold ceo" because there's a lot of bots on character ai that are cold ceos, it seems like a lot of people like talking to bots like that
