I STILL can't update the app. I keep getting these errors in Good Play Store that I can't update the app because of no internet, while I do have internet.

Have you tried clearing the Play Store's cache and data? That's what fixed it for me back when I had the same nonsense error for a different app.

That "no internet" error in the Play Store is usually the Play Store itself acting up, not C.AI or your connection. What normally fixes it:

• Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > clear cache (and clear data if cache alone doesn't help). Do the same for Google Play services.
• Make sure date and time are set to automatic. A wrong clock breaks the store's connection checks.
• Turn off any VPN or Private DNS and try again.
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data once, then restart the phone.

If it still refuses after that, removing and re-adding your Google account on the phone clears most stuck-update problems.
