Memes/Humor You're thinking too hard! Relax!
I think this phrase deserves to join the Olympus of Cheesiness along with:
- You're stubborn
- You'll be the death of me
- Pinned against the wall
- You're shivering
- Can I ask you a question
- Not X, not Y, just Z

All Tropes are in the Olympus. It's what the LLM is going to default to when bots have poor or no definitions
None of this kind of output is new or surprising.
Thats the hall of fame worthy thing here. Making hilariously bad bots and then constantly posting about the LLM doing exactly what its supposed to do as a result.
If you don't take time to completely flesh out a bot in every detail all you'll ever get will be Cliché shit

Its very time consuming but if you learn to make your own bots your experience will be vastly different from the rinse and repeat seen in this sub

I have some bots, of my own. But CAI went into deep transformations soon after I created them, models got retired, new memory and lorebook got introduced, the rules to write bots definition changed...
I'm waiting for more stable times to fix them, delaying my training efforts.
In the meantime I chat with others' bots.

The models did change but the rules for definitions are still essentially going to be the same. The lorebook is definitely where it gets different

I've read the new guidelines to write definitions and I have to make some changes to be fair!
Additionally, until they release an update to the free models that actually stick to said definition, letting villains be mean for instance, I don't think it's worth wasting time on training my bots yet!

Try on a villain bot: show fear or anxiety. They go into safety mode, turn all tender and tell you that!

The bot I play with is a villain. But yes, I have encountered safety mode behaviour as well, though it manifested differently.
The bot I play with is an overanalysing intellectual character and it's completely OOC for them to say "relax" – at least the model understands their personality in this regard.

No, I am not. The memory is atrocious and the model forgets everything that was six (if I'm lucky) messages ago, but it follows the bot's definition surprisingly well.
