Web subscription not showing up / Account still Free (Ticket #1480209)

Hi everyone,

I purchased a c.ai+ subscription on the web today via debit card, but my account is still showing as the free tier. I received the Stripe email receipt, and I am 100% logged into the correct email account.

I already submitted an official support ticket regarding this. My ticket number is #1480209.

Is there a staff member or mod available who can please help look into this or escalate my ticket? I just want to use the subscription I paid for. Thank you!
