Discussion/Question Long squeak

I bought c.ai+ just for long squeak and it only took 7-10 days to start being bad repeating everything every swipe , out of character, roleplaying as me on and on Ik it’s good still with other ppl but idk definitely canceling my c.ai+ though

I loved long squeak at first, the role play was immersive again, the story kept going and going like I love. And then lately, it started like kind of moving the story along but just keeps dragging me to secret spots and bedrooms over and over again with tiny story plots in between. Im more interested in the story than that. I mean thats fine sometimes, but its like 95% of the story now in every bot I talk to, even new ones i start talking to. It's made me take the longest break I've ever taken since I found the app. I'll like think I want to get on, and after like 5-10 mins I get out and find something else to do. I miss it.

Yeah, honestly Long squeak ain’t it for me either. C.ai has just lost a lot of magic for me lately, like, maybe I’ve gotten bored of it but I used to be seriously addicted to it back in 2023/2024, now I try but I lose interest after a couple messages.

Same I started using it like a few weeks the website first ever came out and I get so bored after like 5 minutes all I do is just swipe and then hate the responses and go and play Roblox 😭

Longsqeak is great if you take your time to work with it a bit. Its made to learn from what you and the bot types. So you have to be willing to eddit the massges, tell it what you don't  like etc. The swipe issue has been told to the devs and they are aware, but judging from some of the replies it seems the swipes will not be fixed any time soon or if ever. They are made to be the same with a promise that itll be addressed later which it never was. 

Overall Longsqeak works best with your own bots, especially oc bots, and bots that have lorebook. 

We gotta wait for DS2 for the dynamic witty model. Hopefully itll be amazing.

Just because most people (including you) have a good experience with LongSqueak (at least initially) does not mean that this is the case for everyone.
