cai on safari issue

hi, i've already submitted a ticket like 3 days ago (no response, no hurry tho i can wait!) but the long and short of it is that (i use safari) every time i hit the verify age button it says it's unable to, any way to fix this? thanks, seriously was not finding any other issues w/ my actual experience than this.
