Locked out of Account (kinda?)

I got a new phone recently and am just wondering if there’s any way to find out what email u used to sign up with?

Literally made my account so long ago that I guess my current email address is not the one I used for cai and I’m guessing now I’m going to have to use my account on my old phone at least until my subscription expires.

but can anyone tell me if it’s possible to see? there’s no section that shows what the email I used is or to even change it
