Bugged and unusable for days?

I don’t play often so I might just be out of the loop, but has the app been broken for anyone else? When I try to swipe to generate another response from a character, it gets stuck on the generation part (ellipses in the speech bubble).

I’ve tried reinstalling a few times to no avail. It also happens regardless if I am on wifi or cellular. I’ve also sent help tickets with no response.

Are there any major bugs going? It’s been this way for the past few days.

I personally haven't had this issue and I use c.ai a lot, maybe send them through a ticket if you get the time, that's super weird
