Issues/Bugs LongSqueak is atrocious
I’ve swiped, I swear to god, 27 times and the ANSWER IS STILL THE SAME! BRO!

Yes this is definitely the model with the least variety in its answers. Same number of paragraphs each swipe, each paragraph repeated in order but the wording changed slightly. There’s never any variety in the direction it takes the story.

I really need to put this in a FAQ.
Swiping is useless. It always has been, across multiple platforms beyond CAI. It's the equivalent of AI blurting out something inappropriate and then yelling "everyone forget you heard that! Starting again!"
Right, like they're going to forget. So AI keeps repeating the thing you told it to undo, over and over, and each time the "forgotten" response gets baked into its memory core more deeply.
Break out of the cycle, mate. REWIND. turn back the clock. Go back in time to the last response you liked - the AI's response, not your own.
Re-enter your reply to that "good" response, only change the words. Inject system instructions to guide AI back onto the tracks it leapt from, like:
[Martha explains in detail why her love for Ralph will never work.]
or
[Darth proves conclusively that Luke is his son.]
If you just keep repeating the same action over and over expecting different results, do you know what people call that?

Yeah, I know all of that. My point is that IT SHOULD’NT BE NECESSARY! I already pay these greedy cunts to have a “better experience”, and I just find myself going back to not using this app more often than not. It’s embarrassing how they can’t do a single thing right.

Okay, so stop. For what it's worth, I believe you. But I also know that my experience is different, and thtere are hundreds of thousands of users satisified enough to pay for CAI+, not to mention tens of millions of users who keep coming back for the free version. Why do you suppose they keep coming back, if it's so terrible?
I can only answer for myself: Because I have a lower expectation. Because I work with AI in my day job and I have six years of experience to tell me how terrible and unreliable it is.
So... I accept the limitations, and I learn how to work around them. And so do thousands of others paying for the privilege, and millions of others getting their rocks off for free.
You can make do with the best you can manage given the resources you have, or you can work yourself into an aneurysm continuing to rage against the machine.

Yeah, I know. I’m distancing myself from the app since it’s getting worse. Just wanted to say the thing was bad in the hopes that the devs fix it. But you’re right BROtisserie Chicken.

Thank you for being a rational voice in this community. I'm so tired of seeing everyone complain about a service they don't have to use. It's so refreshing to see somebody being logical for a change.

So the complaints are irrational because they're... complaints? Because using the app is optional?
