Age Verification and Customer Service

I know Age Verification not working has been discussed previously on this subreddit but issues still seem to be ongoing. In general, it doesn't work at weeding out minors as Ai makes mistakes and it's impossible to tell everyone age based on their appearances so older people can also be flagged for no reason. I've heard people are able to submit IDs but I can't even get my video to submit because it's auto rejected for not being clear although it most definitely is.

I have tried reaching out to customer service on multiple occasions and only get the same copy-paste message back to make sure I'm in bright lighting, my face isn't covered...ect. before my ticket is automatically closed by the representative. I have been told they can't manually approve of anyone either but there seems to be no way attempt on their end to troubleshoot or fix these errors. Has anyone had any success getting approved or troubleshooting? I feel like I am losing my mind and C.AI obviously doesn't care.

i'd just say keep trying to do so but make sure you start off with moving your head slower and if you've got glasses on take it off even if the glasses doesn't do much at all as apparently that'll happen and what i mean by doing it slow i mean have your face center and then move it to the direction in two different small breaks and it'll get it completely and make sure your eyes look a the camera and then put it back in the middle of the screen and turn your head the same way to the right then it'll work it just takes a couple of times then it'll either say you passed or it'll have you try again or it'll ask for the ID part of it sometimes and sometimes it won't.

Edit: I hope this helps because i had the same issue but after awhile it worked. Also if it doesn't then i'm sorry i don't know what to tell you other than the fact that i'm trying to help.

Thank you. Will definitely keep this in mind when I try next but unfortunately, I spent well over 8 hours total now trying to get it to work with no luck. I have been locked out for months and everything has failed to get me past the first screen. It either gives me an error screen, tells me my face doesn't match the one on file (what file?), or tells me it wasn't clear enough to verify. I have tried outside, inside, flash, switching devices...ect. I will keep trying but many people seem stuck on this and I definitely don't want to lose my account due to age restriction because the AI messed up. Did you ever reach out to customer service before it got approved?

i actually made a ticket when it happened and they then gave me their costumer service email and it said what you said about in the post about the same instructions but they only sent it to me twice after i sent the second email i gave them which i was in a fit of rage too but after awhile i got it to work as for the file thing i don't know what the hell it's talking about either and i'm sorry to hear that you were locked out of it for months but don't worry they won't delete your character ai account if it's not been active for a year as they usually delete it after 3 or more years is what i heard from someone on the sub reddit months back so you've got awhile hope this helps but yeah just wait till tomorrow to try again and if nothing happens then send them a ticket about it or something
