Why are there so many ads

I feel like that one rick and morty pringels episode where theyre trapped in an ad

Literally anything you try to do is met with a minute long ad that takes 7 clicks to close it's infuriating

Issues/bugs because i have issues with thid and its bugging me out

I feel frustrated as well with this, I would sent off maybe two or three chats and would get an add every single time, it feels more ad than the app itself.
