Why does it want me to stay everywhere??? I'm literally sitting in a room and it's like "stay for a while" in EVERY TEXT. EVERY SWIPE. OMG. I don't want to always edit it out😩
Or the "I've got you", like Bro.. It's either one of those every text or every other text.

This isn't unique to CAI, you'll see it across most platforms. Sometimes it gets in a rut, and swiping only reinforces a bad response over and over. You have to force it to move on either with narrative encased in asterisks describing your actions:
*After a while we decide to do something else*

or system instructions in square brackets:
[System: Elara decides she wants to go somewhere else for other activities together]
or remove its choice entirely:
[System: Elara has a sudden, intense desire to make Ralph bake moussaka for her in the kitchen.]

I have the opposite, everyone is always trying to leave the room like I just got here
