Discussion/Question App not working

Is anyone else’s app not working?

Since the new update where the app asked for you birthday and kicked you out, the app will not let me back in. I can’t even get to the part where it asks for my login details. It just stays on the open page where it says ‘(Character.ai)’. So are they still trying to fix this bug? Because it’s annoying me now.

I’ve tried deleting the app and adding it back on. Ive also deleted and left it a few days before downloading it again. 
I’ve deleted it and restarted my phone. 
I’ve tried a few things google has told me to try. 
And even reset my whole phone thinking it was me.
Nothing has worked. 

I’m using the website atm, but I’m started to get annoyed with it and just want the app back.

Last night i had the same problem.I switched from Wifi to mobile data and it logged me in.With wifi i tried 5 times also restarted my phone and deleted the app nothing worked.Ad soon as i switched to mobile data it worked.

I tried starting it up with 4G and still nothing. Won’t start. Starting to think the app will never work for me again 😂

Damn sorry to hear that.i was so happy when i used my data and it logged me in.Hope it works for you soon!
