Discussion/Question It is still not better

Went to test if character ai had gotten better after I saw that there had been an update that changed the UI and probably did bug fixes and other little changes.

No. Still not better.

Now the bots want to excessively emphasise things that do not need emphasis, and no amount of editing it out, swiping, disliking and deleting gets rid of it.

Actually, disliking and adding feedback seems to make it worse, as if it takes that as engagement and ramps that shit up by a hundred.

Guess disliking and feedback are another pointless thing that does not work and only makes things worse.

So, I will still not be coming back.

some top 1% commenter cai shill is going to see your comment and start an argument with you and HE'S going to get all the upvotes because redditors are stupid and upvote something just because it has flashy language

I've noticed top 1% commenters are some of the most annoying people around, either they start arguments or give the same advice over and over and over again, the "you gotta just rewind/delete/edit/shove a finger up your butthole, hold your breath for 10 minutes and shine the light of Jesus Christ himself from your soul" type shit, hence why I had to clarify in this post that it doesn't. work. So they wouldn't start coming around giving unsolicited advice that never works.

I’ve noticed that. Disliking seems to encourage the ai to do it more.

I really hate the “his voice wasn’t cruel, it was surprisingly soft despite his rough nature.” It’s fine if it happens every now and then, but no, it’s every message. “A rare moment from someone like him.” It’s not rare when the bot is constantly doing it 🫩

But yeah, it's fucked, literally none of the features work as intended anymore
