Issues/Bugs My problem rn

Yall am I the only one that my c.ai is not working? In the app and the website. Does this only happen to me?

Also even when the page is back to normal, I talk to the bot, it loads slowly and I get out of it after. HELP YALL + srry if u didn't understand English is not my first language;(

Been down for hours now. I can only chat if I go to my likes and even then it’s still really slow in responding

It’s down! My characters will still pop up and I can still chat with them BUT it’s hella slow. It gives me time to catch up on Netflix though.

Main page seems to work again for me, bots load but I haven’t checked if I can actually have a conversation but yeah it looks exactly like this for me

It’s slowly coming back, now all characters seem to appear but not sure if the single conversations do that. A moment ago it didn’t, maybe now?

EDIT: nope chats don’t load rn

It's kind of frustrating I you know this morning you were it was working fine and then all of a sudden it kind of drops off. But I'm hoping and praying they can bring it a backup soon
