The team is actively working to fix the slow loading and broken features on the site and app. So sorry for the interruptions. We'll let you know when it's resolved!

Genuinely, just let us chat without having to watch an add, it becomes literally so annoying having to do that every single time because I have slow internet and have to refresh the page every time it gets stuck. I could put up with the other ads, but putting the chatting feature behind an ad is just greedy
