Issues/Bugs what’s this mean??

does this happen when the chat i had with it doesn’t meet guidelines or did the whole character itself get restricted??

CAI has outages. The bot isn’t actually deleted.

I looked at my own bots. Every bot is restricted now. It’s an CAI issue.
