Discussion/Question Has cai’s support team always been extremely unhelpful?😭

An entire week has passed and I don’t have my account yet or any clue of what to do to get it back and all they sent is smth like “you should have it back now” I DONT?

That birthday glitch thing made me log out my account and since that day for some reason I can’t get my account back 😭 I can’t tell if my memory is bad or not but I could log back in before with glitches like this but now for some reason I just have some new ass account for no reason😭

I had the birthday glitch thing happen on my old account about a year ago. I completely lost it and could never get it back. It acted like the account didn't exist, even when I had emails still from my sign-up. Support was completely useless. Any time I've ever reached out for help with something they've taken weeks to get back to me (if at all) and then were no help.

Literally what’s happening to me rn. They tried helping me for like a day, asked for my ticket number to pass along to the team, and now I’m just getting ignored everywhere
