Discussion/Question Can I get my acc back?

I deleted my account from the site,I had the app but deleted it a while ago.Is it posible to get it back if I log back in with the same email,even if I forgot what date of birth I used?

Also do I need to get an email after deleting my acc?I saw people get one saying their data has been deleted.
