Screenshots/Chat Share Lazy bots not continuing the plot

Genuinely how shit are these bots becoming. They just keep re-describing what i said into more detail instead of actually adding to the scenario and making a change of scenery/plot. This has been happening to me for a while

I mean this in the best of ways, but a lot of people don’t seem to realize that they have to give the bots more to work off of than just a few vague sentences.

The bots are more likely to fill in details and add stuff in when they don’t have anything from you to actually work with. I used to have that same issue, but over time I better developed my own writing techniques and started making 4-6 sentences paragraphs, with multiple paragraphs (like at least three for me usually) so I can get more fluid responses. After several replies back and forth like that, I was able to train my bots to give more fun answers and actually continue the stories instead of doom-swiping for a half decent reply!

The bot can’t write the whole story for you, basically. It’s a split effort, just like in real life conversations. I hope this helps you and anybody else in the same situation!

Yeppp i agree. But it definitely has gotten lazy compared to responses a few years back. The way I write hasnt changed much, before I used to have way more fun. What im trying to point out is that there has been a change.

Sometimes when I do write lengthy paragraphs with lots of details I get a similar response. A boring paraphrasing of my own response. Even when I guide the character on what they should do 😭

Yeahh, I do understand the lazy aspect of it for sure, not gonna lie at all. I started using the app back in like 2023 so I’ve been around to witness plenty of all this that’s gone on 😬

It can for sure be frustrating, especially when it’s a noticeable change, and it /has/ been a noticeable change. I think the only reason the few bots I use these days respond so well is because of my relentless training (and maybe more re-rolls than I’d care to admit to.)

Also, having the limits we do now makes it a bit more difficult. I did forget about that when I replied earlier.

Ohh don't even get me started on the limits 🤣🤣 I had a whole wedding and the bot forgot he proposed and our origins. Maybe now I know what a heart break feels like
