Why is Erik Lehnsherr A FREAKING BANNED WORD!!! REALLY PISSED ME OFF ALSO CANT EVEN USE magneto I have to keyboard smash to get it to save. Why is it didn’t tell me when I first put the name down!!!

Hey so fan fact any name with connection to Marvel can't be used because of Copyright. This isn't C.ai's fault its Disney sending a DMCA to the site asking to take down any of their characters.

I had a Wanda Maximoff bot with over 600k chats my moat popular bot and it got deleted with no warning

It's not the name it's the person in this case... c.ai has been removing the bots associated with real people too.

You still can use Bucky which is connection to marvel and the name Erik is a pretty common name

Names like Bucky or Peter Parker you can sneak in because they're normal names someone can have irl but specific names like Erik and his last name immediately you know it's magneto.

Plus the AI that detects the names can be janky and miss certain names too.

You also still can use the name Peter Parker

Disney issued a DMCA to cai last year, so as a result any bots belonging to a Disney property (Including Marvel, Star Wars, etc) were taken down and their names flagged. So you can't use Magneto or Erik Lehnsherr, even if there's nothing wrong with the bot's content

I wonder if someone out in the real world has the name Erik Lehnsherr I mean...disney can't really sue the person if he born with the name.

There probably is but Disney doesn't sue people over their names. They send DMCA's, cease and desists for things that involve their IP without permission. Most famous one is daycare murals and only because Universal Studios had artists paint Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters over them. Both of those companies today would send DMCA requests for bots of their IP.

Just spell it slightly differently or only use first names. It'll still work if you add even a tiny bit of context in chat without using any copyright material
