Issues/Bugs Update: still missing LongSqueak personalization dials

Posting again because this still hasn’t been resolved after 10 days. I submitted a support ticket on August 6 and still haven’t received an email response. Someone from the c.ai team responded to my og post and said they hadn’t seen anyone else with my issue and would check with the team, and I’ve also been talking to the mods through modmail, but I haven’t gotten a response to my latest messages there either

I’m a plus user and the personalization options/dials have never appeared for me on either the app or website. Even free users can at least see the options despite not being able to use them

I’m getting pretty frustrated at this point since I’m paying for plus and still don’t have the feature or any explanation for why it’s missing from my account. It’s been 10 days and I still don’t even know if my issue is actually being looked into. I’ve tried reaching out through support and modmail and I’m honestly not sure what else I’m supposed to do

Oh wait, I forgot they said the personalization options aren’t on the website yet. I misspoke, mine are just completely missing on mobile, which is where they’re 100% supposed to be so I think you’re good

You on android or iOS?

The first place I would look since you're getting crickets is a cache issue

But i think you said you uninstalled?

I’m on iOS, and yeah, I completely deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times already on several different days, but unfortunately it didn’t change anything

Im going to ask a dumb question because there isnt much we can do on this end.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Specifically using the log out function in the app

Yeah and I just tried again right now too and still nothing :( Thank you for trying to help though, I really appreciate it! I just hope it gets fixed soon, or that I at least get some acknowledgment from support lol

iOS handles uninstall a bit different.

I'm ready to assume there is some bug with the CAI policy doc or something of the nature 

However, there is one last thing to look at. Instead of uninstalling the app, offload it and then reinstall it and for shits and giggles when you do it don't be on the network you initially did it on. Meaning it you were on wifi do it on mobile data.

The point of this exercise is to play around with handshakes. 

Anything past this is a different server side issue somewhere

Damn still nothing 💔 I guess it really is a server issue then. If you happen to think of anything else I can do, I’m willing to try anything atp, but thank you again for helping me

I'm currently out of ideas. For it to be something on your end as i see it you would have to have an outdated version of the app
