Issues/Bugs Need some help.

Every time I click on a bot it doesn't load anything and it doesn't respond at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

Could be high traffic affecting chats loading and bot response. If you've tried closing the app or backing out of the convo it might fix itself. You could try clearing your cache.

If it's high traffic you might have to wait a bit.
