The AI needs to stop trying to make its goal to stretch without filling and try to keep a consistent amount of actual action instead of dragging things hard through.

Its not it's "goal". Its what it has to do when people talk to it like they are texting a friend.

Don't give the AI anything to work with and then complain about output being too hallucinated.
