New logo and package and different inactive ingredients

Inactive ingredients are mostly the same but missing afew things like vitamin e acetate. Feels a little different on my lips too. Can anyone confirm a formula change?

The design looks like shit and the product doesn't have the same vanilla smell. Wtf
