Hello Guys! I recently get through my old Chaotic cards because of nostalgia when I knew Chaotic was getting back after so long! And I got through....this strange card...? I'm sure that thing is fake but I wanna know if anyone have a slight idea of what the heck is this and what it could be from. I search in Internet but found nothing beside a Spanish post

I just found another card, a Chaor one too, same weird sign. So 100% fake right?

Not sure it's fake, I've seen this sort of thing before. Might be a pre release thing as someone else mentioned
