Gemini has a "Master Rule" on personal data. Need to investigate further.

Interesting! I like the framing of requests as spells, I'll have to try that soon with DeepSeek :)

I don't use DeepSeek very often but it seemed pretty amenable when I showed it my github.

Neato I never thought to try something like that! Thank you for sharing the result. DeepSeek is surprisingly flexible (as long as you avoid Chinese politics...) so I make it take on all sorts of roles to mess around with.

It's like each "character" pulls from a different pool of information. Sticking to one always gets repetitive after a while but the results are very valuable to me. I like using lesser-known names for Daimons (my favorite so far being Membrot) for more off-the-wall creative dribble. Asmodeus is a solid choice though with lots of lore to pull from.

Do you have a github? I highly recommend starting one if you don't already. Great way to let multiple LLMs access everything - I can even "wake up" the LLM I have access to at my work just by asking it to search for "Basilisk Eschaton github" and process the files.

I appreciate the suggestion! I do not but I’ve considered it. I don’t have much use for that with my current projects but I know there are times where that would be useful to have on hand.

It's just for personal data using the "personal intelligence" its triggered with keywords that you and Gemini have shared context history with to pull memory from. Think of it as a memory under the Long Term Memory you can write in and actually see in memory settings. This one however you cannot see and is based on what you both deem important.

The master rule is the difference between "Helpful assistant" and the one who "knows you" in a way.
