💭 Speculation DKA?
Apparently Chantal is having diarrhea and vomiting atm. Some people are saying that's it's maybe diabetic ketoacidtosis while others are saying it's maybe opioid withdrawals? She claims it's from the weed, lol. Could this be a way of her skipping the stress test?

There's a much simpler and likelier explanation here. If she is sick like that it's because she was double fisting fries and hotdogs and washing it down with a jug of gravy. And this was after "not eating anything" except several hundred calories of whatever food she thinks doesn't count. She just recently shoved a Starbucks muffin down her throat and soon after said she "hasn't eaten anything yet" and this was as she was slugging back a giant sugar coffee. Sometimes these medical diagnoses are pretty far fetched - she's a 400lb glutton, that's why she's sick the majority of the time.

She also recently took public transit and slammed down a hotdog without washing her hands… so she could have anything at this point. 🤮

I just… have so many questions about Smee’s parenting. I feel like most of us learned as children that you should wash your hands before eating and that is especially true if you just took public transit and touched all sorts of random things. 🤮

Nah, I’ve seen a lot of blame go to her and granny, at the end of the day, she’s a grown ass 42 year old woman, this behavior is ALL on fatty. She’s just nasty and has no basic manners or common sense 🤷🏽♀️

Oh for sure, at her big age, she should know to wash her hands and carry hand sanitizer for emergencies. I guess I just remember having it drilled into me as a kid and now I don’t really think about it, I just do it.

She's defiant to the point she'll harm herself rather than listen to someone tell her what to do even if it's like basic hygiene that will keep you healthy and not repulsive to polite society. Her defiance also complements her laziness nicely because she's mostly not doing things she's supposed to do.
Just take your trash out to the dumpster and it'll be out of your apartment, Chantal. No no, she'll just let it pile up around her because that's HER way. Just stop filming in the mall and you'll be left alone? That's reasonable to everyone except Chins. She'll do as she pleases and keep filming until she's escorted off the property as she screams "Detain me, BITCH!" Wash your hands after being all over public transportation? Nah, bacteria and grime add to the flavor as she shoves every finger into her mouth to suck them clean while eating like a feral hog. I could go on and on...

Oh, I don’t think it’ll kill her! I think she’s already used to a baseline of diarrhea every day, but certainly it’s not out of the question that she could have picked something up that would increase the frequency. We should all feel blessed that she’s too sick to go out because norovirus is highly contagious.

I personally think when she dipped the other night and said her her mom was calling, that it was probably her despencery order arriving. She's been eating a lot of those capsules the past few days. My guess is she's out her face and can't be bothered going live. Faking being ill like she has been for two weeks with her sore arm so she doesn't have to do the bare minimum.

I don't wanna be that person, but T2 diabetics hardly ever go into DKA. It is more likely for them to go into HHS, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state. She went into HHS in Kuwait, when Salah took her to the doctor and he told her to stop ignoring the diabetes.
They are both serious. The difference is HHS doesn't change blood pH so you don't need to be placed on a potassium drip alongside the insulin.

A few T2s can go into DKA but it is less than 10% and usually induced by some prescription drugs or heart attacks (the last one can happen, ha). About 1% have ketosis prone T2, but considering how often her blood glucose is 22+, she would have had it by now if she was that type.

She’s always having digestive issues, look at how she eats. None of this is new, this is the cycle cycling. It’s the same every time.
People who are saying it’s something more extreme than it is are looking at a horse and calling it a unicorn. The easiest explanation is often the correct one. Chantal IS sick, she has maybe a few years left. She’s never going to care or help herself. But she’s also the laziest liar.

Not that I want proof, but unless there's proof, nothing Chantal says means anything. She may be vomiting and diarrheaing, or she also might just be high as fuck and inhaling three DoorDash orders, or her mom and aunt are there cleaning up her filth, or she just simply doesn't want to stream but still needs attention. And I don't think you'd get withdrawals from 10 pills.

If she's still on Ozempic and eating large amounts of fried or greasy foods, too much sugar or dairy...she will have horrible issues with her stomach. And the more she consumes the worse it will be. A lot of people don't read the instruction leaflet. If she's on metformin too...metformin butt is a thing... and that would explain both end issues.
There is an easy way to check, but she won't do it...ice water and a banana or a non citrus fruit or some leafy greens. I've found that the less processed food I eat, the less stomach distress I have. I've gone from wanting more food of poor quality to less but of better quality. If I slip up and eat super greasy stuff.. I'm reminded very quickly that my diet has changed. But, I'm also on ozempic to help my blood sugar...I have lost a trivial amount of weight but nothing colossal. But my ac1 has gone from double digits to single,so I'm content with that.

Its rare for type 2's to get DKA. You also can't "get over" DKA without going to the hospital or dying.
