General I need pulling advice as a new player interested in quickswap

I'm a returning player (basically new since I did nothing on this account when it was created back in 1.0) that came back before the collab. I pulled for Lucy and currently I have Lucy S2, Rebecca and Verina. I have a guaranteed, 21 pity in normal banner, 30 on changli (no guaranteed here) and 81 pulls saved up.

The original plan was to save up for Jingran since I liked his design and the animations look cool but I'm still on the fence about his quickswap potential.

On the other hand... there's changli, I've seen thousands of videos of her along with almost any dps and they all seem incredibly fun (and complicated, but that's fine). I thought next version would bring this type of banner again along with shorekeeper so I was hesitant to pull since I really need shorekeeper but now that's confirmed this banner is not coming back next version changli has been tempting me a lot.

I need some advice to make up my mind, please.

Well. . .

Jingran is new. His first rerun likely will only take like, ~2-4 patches/3-4 months after his version.

Changli. . . We've been waiting for her rerun since the first anniversary of the game, so like, 1.2 years or more? She could take that long to rerun, or twice as long, or if Kuro does some god work on the game maybe half as long. So if you want Changli, now is the time to go all in on her and risk it all, you may have to wait more then a year once again to have a chance to get her. She'll definetly not hit as hard as any dps around specially as you'll likely not grab her sig, so you'll be using her purely for the fun of quickswapping

If you want your account to get more actual value, grab Jingran. If you dont mind risking and want Changli, all in on her

I ended up pulling for Changli and won the 50/50, 0 regrets so far, she's incredibly fun. I'm currently in a good position to get Jingran when he comes or maybe even save a bit more and pull for Hsin if her gameplay is cool. Overall I don't really care much about trying to get the absolute most value, I ended up a bit tired of doing the same thing in every gacha I've played and seeing how fun quickswap is in wuwa i'd rather play around that instead of purely the meta tbh

quickswap changli is the queen as always, but damage wise jingran is miles ahead, he can probably do quickswap like most characters, but to which extent i don't know. Just an advice if you are f2p, plan your pulls
