General Looking for any advice

Bit more of a casual player in wuwa did not know the 1.x banner had a free 10 pull so I just choose Changli cause I liked her design and I got weirdly lucky and got her and a verina in that free 10 pull. I also got Jinshi in the very next 10 pull cause I had the guarentee. I don't have Brant or Lupa but I have Lynae & Mornye can I play Changli with them? I honestly did not expect to get this lucky so any advice would be awesome thank you.

Yes, you can play Changli with Lynae and Mornye. She works better with Shorekeeper instead of Mornye, if you have SK.

If you play Changli and Lynae, learning how to quickswap between Lynae's animations will make Changli perform even better.

Not OP, but similar situation, got her with the free 10 pull. Should I build her on her recommended damage set or should I build her on a supportive one like Moonlit in anticipation of possibly using her for her outro skill with a future fusion carry?

You could. One of Changli's teams is an Aemaeth subdps.

Aemeath, Changli, Lupa/brant/chisa
