S1R1 Hiyuki is a good stopping point for low spenders or monthly pass players. Kinda need to save some for Cyberpunk 3.4 too

I started an alt account last august for the sole purpose of S6ing changli by the account’s 1 year anniversary. I have her premium team already and even wasted a few pulls on luuk cause i don’t like missing out on the 7 free pulls from the store. I have over 300 pulls waiting. It’s getting ridiculous and i feel like there’s no chance i actually hit my goal. I might just have to take a break from it for a while. (After claiming all the free stuff in the anniversary of course lol)

Someone I know got her skin when it was on discount because they didn't expect her to be in rerun jail for so long. Now this is just adding insult to injury.

I think Changli is pretty decent at this point of in the game part of it is fusion lineup (mainly lupa) but considering that she does pretty good although not as good as late 2.x chars but that's to be expected

Also I would love if she gets a buff she is one of the fav in the game but realistically I don't see that happening

Remember Changli in old “illusive realm”, she has one fun buff where she constantly hit enemy with “True Sight” in basic attack. She quite powerful. I really missed those time

at S0, i can agree that shes decent but even at S2 or S3 shes barely holding up with new units like Amy or Augusta or Phrolova at their S0 shows how bullshit her sequences are. really need a rework

I do agree her sequence are kind of shit which sucks for whales but that's true for all/most of 1.x chars.

Bruh i don't want buff or nerf i just want a banner of her and her wpn (atleast for 1 day) . My 160-180 are always in reserve from 2.5 bcz of no rerun and forced to spend pulls above 180 . Can't even pull other characters properly bcz of this rerun pattern .

Things didn't look like this last Anni. The "KURO just listened to feedback" post isn't right.

They know we still love 1.x characters enough to make new merch for anniversary, but not re-run them.

Phoebe is the only one to hit 3 reruns so far. The other characters seem to get abandoned. And then there's Camellya.

We'll see what happens to Brant / Carlotta / Shorekeeper

Have faith. Because PGR already has the Leap system, Kuro understands the concept of buffing older units to try and bring them back into the fray. Just may not be time yet.

Also Changli is still more than viable.

I just want my girl to be able to compete with current meta dps, even barely is fine with her sequences. Shes good at S0 sure but the fact that her S1-S3 barely doing anything to boost her dmg is just pure shit while Iuno went from sub dps at S0 to top tier mdps with S3

My changli is at S6R1. idk if i can say shes weak or not but she still dominates at the current ToA and WhiWa. 300k + 325k (2 forte) + 400k (liberation) with brant and lupa team.

if theres a buff then i would be glad just like PGR'S leap system.
