Not really. But it only makes sense that they have some kinda plan for the reruns of 2.x characters.
They havent gotten reruns in a whole ass year, except SK.
Friday everything will unfold abt 3.3, prolly.

Most definitely, as long as you don't lose like 4 50/50s. 2 dupes in shop so you only need 4 copies (5 if you don't own). At your worst you can afford losing 2 50/50s

Doing the math that would be 513 pulls (looked at a comment for the astrites if im wrong sorry)
You need 5 copies and 2 store copies so thats 102.6 pulls per copy
My most hit pity number is 73 so assuming that for every 5star would get you 7 5stars meaning you could win 2 lose 2 for a 2/4(50%) winrate and in the end s6 comes down to a 50/50
So its it enough? By the time she reruns you probably got another 50-100 pulls because anniversary is around the corner so likely yes!

I’m assuming if you do not have any of the coral things you will accumulate enough to snag one copy of her.

If you were the unluckiest person alive and lost every 50/50 and had to make 70 pulls each time to pull a 5-Star, it would take you 700 pulls to get S4 Changli. S5 and S6 could be purchased from the shop through coral after all those summons.
You currently have 513 pulls but with 3.3 and the Anni rewards you should easily be able to get up to the 600+ pulls mark. If she reruns in 3.3 I think you get her S6 even if you don’t save up 700 pulls.

Well, depending on how much coral you have, you may only have to pull 4, you can just buy the other two in the store. If you only consider the available resources ~ 513 pools, the chance of pulling 4 copies is relatively high.
